02 Jun La Creative Boutique digitalizes the 15th Edition of the European Economic and Strategic Intelligence Forum (IES)!
The IES Forum has been organized for 30 years by the CISP (Strategic Intelligence and Foresight Commission) of 3AF, the French Aeronautics and Space Scientific Society.
Called “IES 2020+1”, this event, initially planned to take place in 2020, had to adapt to health constraints to become a 100% digital event in May 2021! Digitalizing this event while respecting the participants’ expectations was a real challenge for 3AF! So with the support of La Créative Boutique and thanks to the technical solution chosen (IMAGINA), it was possible to transform this conference while preserving an experience as close as possible to the real event.
Our objectives:
➡️ To offer participants and speakers the opportunity to attend conferences and presentations on technical topics such as cyber security threats, the need for professionals to be offensive and defensive, protection of sensitive data, stronger constraints on information retrieval and validation, artificial intelligence
➡️ Giving the floor to several dozen speakers, in slots organized with a program featuring numerous parallel rooms
➡️ Encourage networking with the possibility of one-to-one meetings
➡️ Promote the value of partner companies, without which such a scheme could not be funded
On 5 and 6 May 2021, more than 110 participants logged on (a record for this event whose audience is usually around 80 people), to listen to all our speakers, visit our virtual exhibition, and network with their pears!
All the speeches were recorded and are available for replay for 6 months. A real plus for all participants who are usually frustrated not to be able to attend all the presentations, in 2 parallel rooms.
